30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase (your order number is fine)

• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned

How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at covegrooming@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

2. We’ll confirm your request within 2 business days

3. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions

Return Shipping: Return postage is at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
